On Saturday, the Meetings without taboos on health and sexuality conference took place
We talked about how to react to pain, when to seek help, how to talk about $ek$, how and when to get examined. We learned how to break taboos, we had a discussion about how religion becomes a tool of power and whether it can be combined with gender equality.

Feminism and Religion
discussion after the film
Are feminism and religion mutually exclusive concepts? How can they influence each other? Or maybe religion can help in the fight for women's emancipation?
We talked about these issues after the film screening "The pleasure is all women's side" during a discussion with our guests - believers from various religions and activists for women's rights.
Our guests:
Susanna Izzetdinova - Muslim, refugee from Crimea, entrepreneur - runs a restaurant and bakery where she employs other refugees
Izabela Mościcka- Christian, teacher, founder of the Center for Help for Nuns
Dr. Monika Bokiniec - assistant professor at the Department of Aesthetics and Philosophy of Culture at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Gdańsk. Philosopher, sociologist, translator. Researches feminist threads in philosophy and aesthetics.
